Personal Freedom Training
Think about a problem you have, any kind of problem; something you worry about, a challenge, a person you dislike or a bad memory. Something that bothers you and steals your energy.

Just for now, do this ... Just for now ...
Allow the problem to be.
Allow yourself to notice what this problem feels like in your body.

And then, just follow these four steps;
    say to yourself:
  • "Just for now..."

  • and then ask yourself and answer the following questions:
  • "Could you let it go ...?"
  • "Would you ...?"
  • "When ...?"
Then ... concentrate on the problem one more time. Allow yourself to feel it. What does it feel like now?

Now, repeat the process one more time ...

Repeat the process one more time. Answer whatever feels right for you.

Just for now:
Could you let it go?
Would you?
When?

Repeat the exercise until your tension disappears. (When it does it means you did let go.)
